Orders and Payment

You can place an order directly on our online store.

 

For country specific language and currency, you can visit one of our 22 other online stores ( such as benepura.de for Germany ).

No. If you do not want to register a profile, simply select the “Guest” option during checkout.

You can pay for your order using:

  • Cash on delivery ( only for specific countries );
  • Paypal - with balance or card;
  • Stripe - with balance or card;
  • Revolut;
  • Google Pay;
  • Apple Pay.

Make sure you have correctly filled in all required fields (marked with *) - Contact details, Shipping address and Billing address (if different from the shipping address).

 

Pay special attention to the email field - most payment methods will not allow you to complete the order if your email address is not filled in correctly.

Yes. You can cancel your order by contacting us HERE.

 

Please contact us immediately after you notice an error with your order. All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 business day. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Tracking

For orders up to 50.00 $:

 

Shipping is 4.00 $.

 

For orders over 50.00 $:

 

Shipping is free.

 

During seasonal promotions or special sales, the free shipping threshold may change.

Your order will be processed and delivered to the courier within 1-2 business days.

 

The delivery time for orders is:

  • For European countries - 5-7 business days;
  • For the United States and North America - 8-12 business days;
  • For all other countries - 8-18 business days.

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.

Please check the SPAM folder in your email client.

There may be a courier error during delivery. Please contact the courier directly for clarification.

 

If the courier company is unable to help you, please contact us HERE.

If any of the products from your order are missing, please contact us HERE.

 

Missing products will be sent to you within 1-2 business days at our expense.

Returns and Replacements

If you have received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us HERE.

 

We will send you the correct product within 1-2 business days at our expense. You do not need to return anything.

Ordered products can be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt.

 

  1. Any returned product must be unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging;
  2. Shipping costs for returning a product are at the customer's expense.

The order amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

Your refund will be issued within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned products.

 

Depending on the payment method used, the refund may not be available for up to 10-14 days.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Yes. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the “Coupon Code” field and click the “Submit” button before confirming your order.

 

If your code is valid you will receive confirmation and your discount will be automatically applied.

All promotional codes can only be used ONCE.

No. Only one valid discount code can be used per order.

Promotional codes in our online store:

  • Are valid only for products that are not already on sale / part of an existing promotion;
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts (quantity discounts, other promotional codes) - only the largest discount for the order will apply.

 

If there are products in your cart that are already on sale, our system will automatically apply the promo code only to the remaining valid products.

Make sure the code is entered correctly.

 

If the code is entered correctly, but you still receive an error:

  • The code may have expired;
  • The code may not be valid for the selected products;
  • All products in your cart are already on sale / are part of a promotion;
  • You have already used this promo code for a previous order.
